1. Introduction

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Review documents we prepare on your behalf before they are submitted to the CRA or other authorities
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your financial or personal circumstances that may affect your filings

We are not responsible for errors, omissions, penalties, or interest arising from incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are quoted prior to engagement and are due as specified in your service agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for scope changes, expedited work, or services not included in the original quote. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as disclosed at the time of engagement.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we exercise professional diligence in preparing filings and offering tax advice, we cannot guarantee specific refund amounts, audit outcomes, or acceptance of filings by the CRA or other government bodies. Tax laws are subject to change and interpretation, and our advice reflects our understanding at the time it is given.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client financial and personal information as confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional standards. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law, with your consent, or as necessary to provide the services you’ve engaged us for.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falcon Consultant Service’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
